Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms cover your use of novamast.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who we are

Novamast provides marketing for residential HVAC businesses. We operate from Klaipėda, Lithuania, and work with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom. Contact kostas@novamast.com.

3. Who the Site is for

The Site is meant for adults who own or run an HVAC or similar home service business. By using it, you confirm you can do so for yourself or your business.

4. Content and no professional advice

Everything on the Site is general information about marketing for HVAC businesses. It isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Results depend on your market, your competition and how your business runs, so nothing on the Site is a promise of particular rankings, calls or revenue.

5. Booking and enquiries

You can book a call or send us a message through the Site. Doing so doesn't create a client relationship or commit either side to paid work. Any work we do together is agreed separately in writing.

Please give accurate details when you book or contact us.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't

• use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent
• try to disrupt, copy in bulk or reverse engineer the Site
• interfere with our systems or the services we use
• misrepresent who you are when contacting us

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, logo and graphics, belong to Novamast. You may view it to learn about our services. You may not copy, change or reuse our content without our written permission, except where the law allows.

8. Third-party tools and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as our Cal.com booking calendar. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Novamast isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, that come from using the Site. Our total liability for claims about the Site is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania handle any disputes. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.

14. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part of these terms doesn't mean we've given up the right to.
