2. Scope
This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit novamast.com, send us a message, book a call or email us.
3. Information we collect
- Details you give us such as your name, email, phone number, company name, service area and anything you write in a form, booking or email.
- Call and email notes from conversations we have with you.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which the services running this site receive when a page loads.
We don't run analytics or advertising tracking on this site, and we don't ask for sensitive data.
4. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and hold the call you booked, at your request before any agreement and in our legitimate interest in replying.
- To provide our services if you become a client, as part of our agreement with you.
- To keep business and accounting records, because the law requires it.
- To keep the site secure and working, in our legitimate interest.
We only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to them, and you can opt out at any time.
5. Cookies
Novamast doesn't set analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar on our Book page is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies it needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the calendar may not work without them.
6. Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, namely EmailJS (contact form delivery), Cal.com (booking), Google Fonts (site fonts), and our website host and email provider.
- Professional advisors such as accountants or lawyers, when reasonably needed.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When your data leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on safeguards the law allows, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
Enquiries and bookings that don't lead to working together are kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept while we work together, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires. Then we delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we limit who can access it and only keep what we need.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a common format. Email kostas@novamast.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt). UK residents can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
11. Children's privacy
Our services are for business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Third-party links
This site links to other sites and tools, such as our booking calendar. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies before sharing information with them.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top changes when we do.
